Once you approve the quote, we confirm stock availability and your delivery date. For most in-stock items, we can confirm same-day for orders placed before noon. We'll also confirm your delivery window and contact details for your delivery address.
First-time orders include a brief walkthrough to make sure we have your preferences right — product specs, any bylaw compliance questions, and how you'd like to handle recurring orders going forward.
Lower Mainland delivery typically arrives within 1–2 business days of your confirmed order. Interior BC and Vancouver Island addresses have longer lead times — we'll confirm your specific delivery window at order confirmation. Deliveries are made to your business address during business hours; no need for someone to sign for most orders.

We'll tell you at quote stage if anything you've requested has a longer lead time. We maintain deep stock on high-velocity SKUs specifically to avoid out-of-stock situations. If a specific SKU is temporarily unavailable, we'll suggest the closest equivalent and let you decide.
