True Earth Packaging supplies heavy-duty aluminum foil containers to caterers, restaurants, and food businesses across British Columbia. From small 4×5" portion trays to full-size 20×12" catering pans — 16 SKUs including matching lids, wholesale pricing, delivered to the Lower Mainland and beyond.
Aluminum foil containers have been the standard in professional catering for decades for good reason — they go from oven to transport to service without switching vessels, they seal tightly with a lid, and they keep food at temperature longer than plastic or paper alternatives.
Aluminum handles oven temperatures without warping. The same tray that goes into the oven at the commissary kitchen can go directly into a chafing dish at the venue — no transfer, no mess, no lost heat.
Heavy-gauge aluminum holds its shape under the weight of full portions. A tray of lasagna or roasted vegetables arrives at the event looking the same as it left the kitchen — no buckled corners or spilled contents.
We carry matching foil lids for every tray size we stock. A proper seal keeps heat in and contamination out during transport — essential for food safety compliance at catered events.
Full-size catering pans in cases of 50, smaller trays in cases of 200–500. Per-tray cost is low enough to treat them as disposable — no washing, no logistics for returns, no labour overhead after an event.
4 SKUs — portion to family size
Versatile rectangular trays for individual portions, family meals, and restaurant takeout. Great for lasagna, moussaka, roasted dishes, and baked items.
3 SKUs — 7 to 9 inch
Round foil trays for pies, tarts, quiches, round cakes, and rice dishes. The standard format for individual portion pies and catering desserts.
6 SKUs — shallow, medium, deep
Standard hotel pan footprint in aluminum — the format used in chafing dishes at every professional catered event. Full-size fits a standard chafing dish frame; half-size allows two dishes side by side.
3 SKUs — one for each tray type
Foil lids that crimp securely onto every tray size we carry. A proper seal is essential for transport — keeps heat in, prevents spills, and meets food safety requirements for covered food transport.
Full and half-size pans in chafing dishes — the standard setup for corporate lunches, weddings, and large events. Serve directly from the pan, no plating required.

Yes. Aluminum is oven-safe at standard cooking temperatures. Our heavy-gauge trays hold their shape and do not warp under normal oven heat. They can also be used under a broiler or in a chafing dish. Do not use foil containers in a microwave — aluminum reflects microwaves and can cause arcing.
Yes. Our full-size catering pans (20×12") are designed to fit standard catering chafing dish frames — the same footprint used across the industry. The half-size pans (12×10") fit half-size chafing dish frames and allow two side-dishes to sit in one full-size frame.
Clean aluminum foil containers are recyclable in BC's blue box program. Contaminated containers with food residue may not be accepted — scrape or rinse before recycling. Aluminum is infinitely recyclable, making it a more sustainable single-use option than most plastics.
Gauge refers to the thickness of the aluminum. Heavier gauge trays are more rigid — they hold their shape when full and don't buckle when lifted from one end. For catering, where trays may be fully loaded with food and carried a distance, heavier gauge is essential. Our trays are commercial-grade, not the thin consumer foil trays found in grocery stores.
